Dr. Melman, Anita, Holly, Cyndi, Jessica, Shirley, Brit and Melissa thank you for being a part of the Eyeland family. We wish each of you a wonderful year filled with vision, insight and enlightenment. We resolve to continue our Zappos theme: Creating Happiness.
We expect this to be a year of change and have a lot of innovations planned on our drawing board. We are expecting to introduce online appointment scheduling in the near future. We already offer online contact lens ordering so make sure to sign up with Jessica. Some vision plans are now offering ocular photography as a benefit. This covers taking a digital picture of the inside of your eye for comparison for later changes, and aside for the coolness factor (you can post your retinal picture on your web or Facebook page) it is valuable medically to monitor for changes relating to hardening of the arteries, circulation and glaucoma.
Anita has ordered the newly released Coach Eyewear for January and we look forward to displaying their latest creations. We are enjoying the Kicky Scandinavian frame styles. Silhouette continues to set the standard for eyeglass engineering and comfort. New men's eye fashions are also high on our agenda.
Izon hi- definition lenses have been getting rave reviews and we are keeping a book with patient comments. Our Facebook page delights with photo's of many Prince and Princess 1st time glass wearers, sport enthusiasts and informative health updates. Contact lenses can seem oh so difficult to master. We have had some great success stories in the past few weeks !!!! Our new line of colored and novelty design contacts have been attracting attention. Gavi is looking forward to her smiley face contact lenses. We salute all of our new wearers.
