Fall 2011 update
This is the time of year when we reflect on what we've done and where we want to go. We have tried hard to provide great service, value and caring. There are times when we are not successful and we ask forgiveness in any shortcomings and try to fix any lapses. In this spirit we offer hope to all for health and happiness to our coworkers, suppliers and patients.
Dr.Melman and Anita flew to Las Vegas for a practice management meeting and to attend the Vision Expo West. Our management group spent time at Zappos headquarters, where we met with their insight team. Zappos is one of world leaders in internet shoe sales and an innovator in creating a culture that drives the company. We are strong believers in a WoW experience and will incorporate much that we have learned about enhancing individuality and an environment that is fun, productive and enriching for staff and patients. Anita ordered some cool retro style eyewear, found some bargains for sale product and got a chance to preview the new not yet released Coach line.

Jessica has been hard at work customizing our Facebook page. Sign in and keep up to date. It's a great way to share your experiences. Dr. Melman has been posting updates on interesting articles relating to eyecare, nutrition, general medicine, management philosophy and the occasional joke so let us know if you are enjoying this format.
